Fola Komolafe MBE DL

Fola (or Fols as she is fondly called) is the co-founder of Fresh Inspiration, an international Christian charity set up to develop the next generation of successful leaders and entrepreneurs through empowerment, education and enterprise. She is the Founder of ‘On The Couch with Fols’ and a Director of Indisys Business Solutions and Indisys Properties Limited.

She is a passionate Christian Minister, successful Business Leader, inspiring Life Coach and vivacious Public Speaker.

Fola has over 30 years leadership experience in diverse roles and industries in the private, public and not for profit sectors. She has profitably driven large scale, global and complex, multi-million pounds business propositions across Europe, South Asia and Africa.

Fola is well known for her passion for people and what makes them whole. She enjoys seeing people of all ages thrive, flourish and fulfilled in every area of life, particularly empowering them to rise and achieve their fullest potential.

She is an influencer, mentor and inspiration to many. She provides opportunities to empower and challenge people through various development workshops, conversations, coaching sessions and seminars.

She is also passionate about building and equipping a generation of successful leaders at every level in life. She believes that most people have untapped potential inside of them and she is very keen to help them unleash all their potential, by supporting them to identify and remove all the barriers and impediments along their way.

Fola has a strong sense of community and is a natural at building lasting relationships. She believes YOU CAN and she loves  LAUGHTER, HEART, and having FUN whilst winning and creating special moments.

Fola is an experienced Non Executive Director. She is the chair of Into The Community and Milton Keynes Christian Centre and a Non Executive Director with World Vision UK and Thames Valley Partnership.

She chaired the boards of Milton Keynes College and Milton Keynes Community Foundation. She was awarded an MBE for services to business and community in June 2016 and appointed a Deputy Lieutenant for Buckinghamshire in 2015.

In 2017, she was appointed a Vice President with the British Red Cross and invited to become a Companion to the Chartered Management Institute. In September 2018, she was awarded an honorary degree from the Open University recognising her contribution to Public Services in the UK.
